I truly cannot say enough good things about this facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt loved, cared for, heard, and supported. The staff, RAs, therapists, and my peers all played such an important role in making my experience what it was, and I will forever be grateful for each and every one of them. I flew from Alabama and there is no other place I would rather go. This is honestly one of the best recovery centers in the country. Heidi, in particular, had such an impact on me. She quickly became one of my favorite people there, and I genuinely cannot put into words how much I value her. She made me feel seen, cared about, and understood during moments when I really needed it. She was more than someone just doing their job. The therapists here are truly out of this world. I was thankful to share my time there with Shae. She is a kick ass therapist who helped heal me in so many way. They genuinely care about each individual person there. I always felt listened to and understood, and I never felt like just another patient. The facility itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a place where you can actually heal. The director is such a warm-hearted soul who genuinely cares about every single individual who walks through those doors. You can feel how much heart and thought she has put into creating such a beautiful place for people to come and heal. Synergy I truly thank you for everything you did for me. Katie HillI came all the way to Synergy from Los Angeles, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I can honestly say that I left a different person than the one who arrived. The program helped me understand myself on a much deeper level, recognize the patterns that had been keeping me stuck, and develop tools that I know I will continue using long after treatment. I left feeling more grounded, hopeful, and connected to who I truly am. The counselors and RAs are all incredible. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every woman who comes through the program. I always felt supported and cared for, without ever feeling judged. The program itself is truly amazing and creates space for real healing. Not only from addiction, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well. The setting is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and extremely comfortable. It feels warm and home-like, which made such a difference during such a vulnerable time. The food is also delicious, and you can tell how much care goes into it. Synergy gave me so much more than I expected. I learned an incredible amount about myself, built meaningful relationships, and began creating a life that I genuinely want to protect. The staff is nurturing, loving, and supportive, offering a holistic approach to recovery that equips clients with unique skills and tools. The opportunity to experience new things in a safe, well-balanced environment helps the brain establish new pathways, supporting the skills taught during the stay. Furthermore, the clients you go through recovery with become your biggest fans and closest friends. Synergy also provides informative resources to continue introspection, healing, and growth after departure. My stay focused on Complex PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Although I was initially nervous about taking this step for myself in an environment with mixed treatment needs, I quickly realized I made the right decision. I cannot recommend Synergy enough.
