NEXT STEP TO YOUR RECOVERY

Synergy Recovery Center

At Synergy, we are here every step of the way to help you heal, to help you get your life back, and to bring families back together.

1 Call

Call us at any time (24/7) to speak with a staff member and learn more about our treatment program. Our phones are answered on-site by a staff member and never by a call or placement center.

2 Intake

The admission process would start with a phone intake assessment with an intake coordinator to learn more about your needs and how we can best assist you. If you would be using insurance for your treatment stay, this would be discussed and we could run your insurance benefits to provide you with a quote for treatment services.

3 Arrival

When you arrive at Synergy Recovery Center, you and your loved ones will be meeting with our intake coordinator to complete the necessary paperwork and to answer any questions you and your loved ones may have. Our nurse and medical director will meet with you afterward to complete a medical assessment.

4 Treatment

Next, you would meet your counselor to discuss your treatment goals and develop a treatment plan together. You will be meeting with your counselor a minimum of three times a week and have 55 hours of structured classes, group therapy, and other holistic activities during the week. Family and/or couples counseling is typically done in weeks 3 and 4 of treatment, but this can be adjusted according to the client’s needs.

You will have an expert team of professionals with you every step of the way. We will ensure a smooth transition into our treatment home to begin your new journey in recovery.

At Synergy, we understand that mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction can quickly spiral out of control and affect our families and loved ones. Residential treatment allows you to slow down and take the time to focus on getting well without outside distractions.

We will help make the transition into treatment as easy as possible. The admission process is simple. When you call, you will speak with our intake coordinator, who can guide you through the intake screening and answer any questions you may have.

When you arrive at our center, an intake counselor will meet with you to discuss your presenting situation and talk with you about Synergy’s policies and daily schedule. You will be given a tour of the facility and check into your room. You will meet with our nurse and medical director afterward.  Next, your therapist will complete a comprehensive assessment and together you will develop an individualized treatment plan.  This will help determine your treatment goals and what therapeutic methods would be best to meet these goals.

In some circumstances detox or medical clearance may be needed.
